The Author and Review Committee

Laura Kyro (Saint Louis Science Center) authored this script to present accurate scientific content supported by custom, original artwork designed for us by Dan Hawkins (Spacequest Planetarium). Sandy and Pepper are represented in a variety of photographic poses, not as cartoon type characters. Illustrated household and neighborhood objects with terrific mixed medium astronomical and title slides complete the visual support. Superb professional voice talent and an original custom score by award winning Jeff Bowen are enhanced by the unique sound effect work of Mark Evans.

This program is designed for grades 1-6 and for family viewing, and has met the approval of the four member review committee: Dr. Jeanne Bishop, Jim Manning, Richard McColman, and PBS writer Bob Risher.
